Stay Healthy When Life Happens
Are you finding it hard to stay healthy as things change in life? Need some support and motivation to keep your family healthy, too? I found that when I got married, my lifestyle and diet changed, simply because I had to meet those of my husband somewhere. Coming from a health-conscious, vegetarian American background, I was suddenly living in a place (England) where the foods and lifestyle were drastically different from what I'd known. Things changed again when we traveled for almost a year, and then again when I was pregnant, when we first had our baby, etc etc. It's hard enough to go through major life transitions as it is. But these are the most important times to take care of ourselves, as the last thing we need during these times is to be ill or have low energy.
