Healthy Eating Habits Can Be Simple, Fun & Oh, So Satisfying!
Why do I recommend ADDING healthy eating habits instead of cutting out the harmful ones? In my experience, it's the easiest way to achieve constructive behavioral shifts. I've been an addictive nail-biter for more than 30 years. I stopped this year, suddenly, after giving birth to my darling daughter. Why? Because I simply didn't have room (or time) in my life to bite my nails anymore! This perfectly illustrates what I'd like to share about instilling healthy habits - the most effective way of changing your lifestyle is to add positive behaviors until there's simply no more (or not much) room for the ones you want to leave behind. Think about it, how many times have you heard someone say (or said yourself) "I'll never eat/drink/smoke/do that again," only to be back at it within days, or even hours (or as in my case, minutes!). But if someone said that to be healthier, you could keep all of your old habits or vices, as long as you ALSO ate certain other foods & ADDED specific behaviors to your daily routine, you might be willing to give it a try, yes? Stick with me! In the next few pages, I'll walk you through some of these new behaviors, and we'll look at what purpose our habits & patterns serve, and why we label them "good" or "bad." You'll soon be on your way to not only healthier living, but hopefully greater self-understanding, too! Oh, by the way, hypnosis and hypnotherapy can be powerful supplements for changing behaviors, as well. Self hypnosis is something we were all born with, a part of us. It has many uses such as changing negative beliefs, losing weight, creating new positive habits and so much more. To find out more
